What to expect: body-mind-spirit check ins, guided bodyscans and breathwork practices, somatic fitness exercises to build strength, balance and flexibility, somatic dance (no previous training necessary - open to all), group creativity and expression exercises, group embodiment coaching and movement meditations. I work with all layers of the human from: muscles, tissue, fat, fascia, bones, organs and nerves; to releasing held thought patterns, expressing personal stories non-verbally and feeling a sense of purpose, power, connection and belonging.
